SOFFIOHigh-static ductable fan coil unit
Compact, quiet and designed for flexible installation.

The ideal solution for offices, shops and professional environments that require consistent performance and simplified maintenance. High static pressure, modulating efficiency and full integration in ducted systems.
High static pressure for ducted distribution
The fans are designed to deliver 70 Pa at nominal airflow, ensuring stable air distribution even in systems with more complex duct layouts.
For higher requirements, the SOFFIO HP version is available with 150 Pa static pressure.
Quiet operation and vibration reduction
The thick galvanized steel structure (1.00–1.50 mm) and HF1 UL94 sound-absorbing insulation — self-extinguishing and non-dripping — reduce vibration and noise levels. Perfect for offices, studios and professional spaces.
Easy maintenance
The filter can be removed from the bottom or the sides without tools.
All internal and electrical components are easily accessible, and ducts do not need to be disconnected for regular maintenance.
High-efficiency heat exchanger
Copper/aluminium (CU/AL) coils with corrugated fins and easily accessible air vent valves.
Nominal pressure: PN8.
The SOFFIO range is also available with R410A direct expansion coils.
Advanced control and BMS-ready
Management of up to 24 units in Master/Slave mode
Supervision of up to 240 units via TOP3, SP3 and Modbus protocol
Energy saving with EC motor
EC motor technology modulates fan speed according to actual load, reducing energy consumption by up to 20%.
Soffio ensures consistent comfort throughout the year by modulating air flow and thermal power through its AC or EC versions. High performance, uniform diffusion and low noise even at full load.
Summer
Cooling capacity from 2.8 to 17.1 kW
Winter
Heating capacity from 3.0 to 20.8 kW.
Mid-seasons
Airflow modulation through EC motor (3/5/10 V) maintains a constant balance between comfort and efficiency.
