Dedicated external air sensor
HTC-004A uses a mandatory remote sensor to correctly measure room temperature, improving regulation accuracy (max 20 m, cable 0.5–1.5 mm²).

Touch buttons
Capacitive touch interface for fast and modern control.
Complete fan-coil control
Manages AC fan (3 speeds: auto/max/med/min) and 230 V valve control for 2-pipe systems.
Modbus integration
Modbus RTU protocol on RS-485 with read/write functions (03, 06, 16) for BMS supervision.

HTC-004A maintains ideal comfort throughout the year thanks to precise setpoint control, fan management and selectable cooling, heating or ventilation modes.
Summer
Activates cooling mode with automatic or fixed fan speed. Setpoint adjustable between 5 and 35 °C with 0.5 °C steps.
Winter
Controls the heating valve in heating mode, maintaining the desired temperature with modulated ventilation.
Mid-seasons
Ventilation mode provides gentle and uniform air circulation, ideal for maintaining comfort without significant temperature changes.

Every HTC-004 unit is designed, assembled and tested entirely in our facilities in Italy.
We do not market third-party products: we have been manufacturers since 1986, with over 30 years of experience in radiant-system dehumidification.

Yes — it is mandatory. Without it, the thermostat cannot detect room temperature.
