RAD ASelf-contained direct-expansion air handling unit
Compact, efficient and ideal for homes in dry climatic zones.

The complete solution for those who need air renewal, active cooling and dehumidification in a single compact vertical system. High performance, reduced energy consumption and full comfort without chilled water.
Autonomous, without chilled water
RAD A uses a direct-expansion refrigeration circuit, operating entirely with outdoor air.
It does not require chilled water and can cool and dehumidify simultaneously.
Simultaneous cooling and dehumidification
Unlike isothermal systems, RAD A can lower both temperature and humidity at the same time, reaching supply air temperatures of 12–16°C, depending on conditions.
High-efficiency heat recovery
The cross-flow heat exchanger provides efficiencies above 82% in summer and up to 89% in winter, reducing overall system consumption.
Winter thermal integration
The integrated hydronic coil can provide heating at low outdoor temperatures, ensuring supply air up to 49°C.
Compact vertical installation
The unit is designed for installation in reduced technical spaces, typical of modern apartments.
Low-consumption EC fans
Constant airflow and reduced consumption even in active recovery, with high available static pressure to manage air distribution.
RAD A ensures consistent comfort throughout the year: it cools and dehumidifies simultaneously in summer, recovers energy in mid-seasons and provides thermal integration in winter through its hydronic coil. A complete climate management system based solely on outdoor air.
Summer
Cools and dehumidifies simultaneously via the DX circuit, reaching supply temperatures between 12.4 and 16.6°C.
Maintains comfort even in critical climatic conditions with EER up to 3.93.
Winter
Uses heat recovery up to 89% and integrates thermal output via hydronic coil, supplying treated air up to 49°C even with very low outdoor temperatures.
Mid-seasons
Operates in recovery-only mode, automatically reducing energy consumption thanks to EC fans while maintaining a stable indoor climate.
