Complete fan-coil management

The TOP3 – SP3 system provides full control of the unit: heating/cooling mode, fan speed, valve management, air and water probes, and built-in protection functions.
Designed for stable operation in 2-pipe and 4-pipe systems.

 

Compatible with AC, EC and BLDC motors

The SP3 board is available in the traditional version (AC/EC 0–10 V) and in the SP3-BLDC version for fan-coils equipped with brushless motors.

 

TOP3 keypad with integrated room sensor

TOP3 offers intuitive control of all unit functions: setpoint, operating mode, fan speeds, key lock, limits and service menu.

 

Up to 24 units in Master–Slave mode

One fan-coil can be configured as Master, controlling up to 23 Slave units.

 

BMS integration (up to 250 units)

With the BMS-SP3 module, TOP3 – SP3 integrates into Modbus RTU supervision systems, enabling central management of up to 250 fan-coils.

 

Smartphone control

Using the APP1-SP3 module, the fan-coil can be controlled remotely via the eWeLink app (Wi-Fi).

 

Comfort in every season

TOP3 – SP3 automatically adjusts fan speed, valve operation and working mode to ensure stable comfort all year long, adapting to air/water temperatures and real environmental conditions.  

Summer

Automatic cooling management according to setpoint, with valve and fan control based on the water probe. Auto-speed function available.

 

Winter

Integrated antifreeze protection, hot water detection, and operation based on air or water sensor depending on configuration.

 

Mid-seasons

Automatic changeover between heating/cooling (if enabled) and fan modulation according to the installed probe.

The Manufacturing Process

How TOP3 and SP3 are made  

Every TOP3 and SP3 unit is designed, assembled and tested entirely in our Italian facilities.
We do not market third-party products: we have been manufacturers since 1986, with over 30 years of experience in hydronic and radiant-system components.

 

In-house design

Each component is engineered by specialised technical staff.

 

Made-in-Italy assembly

Assembly and testing are carried out in Italy according to European standards.

 

Individual testing

Every unit undergoes individual testing before shipment.
