AERLINKWeb supervision system for Aertesi fan-coils and HVAC terminals
Integrated BACnet communication for BMS systems.

AERLINK is the core of Aertesi’s supervision system: a compact device that allows you to control, schedule and coordinate multiple fan-coils directly from a web browser, with no additional software required. Ideal for multi-zone installations, hospitality, offices and commercial environments.
Web-based supervision
Access from PC, tablet or smartphone through an intuitive interface, without installing dedicated software.
Management of up to 32 fan-coils
Each AERLINK can coordinate up to 32 units connected via Modbus RS485, with dedicated functions for each terminal.
Advanced scheduling
Up to 6 daily time slots for each group, with COMFORT, ECONOMY, ON/OFF and USER ON/OFF modes.
BACnet integration
BACnet MS/TP or BACnet/IP protocol for communication with external BMS platforms.
Custom groups and control logic
Create independent groups, assign master/slave fan-coils and limit user-accessible settings.
Heat recovery unit control
AERLINK can manage up to two heat recovery units through dedicated digital outputs.
AERLINK does not directly generate comfort, but ensures optimal operation of connected fan-coils throughout the year by adapting control logic to seasonal requirements.
Summer
Coordinated cooling management with setpoint limits, fan-speed control and dedicated scheduling for energy savings.
Winter
Heating mode control and seasonal mode selection, maintaining stable comfort while reducing energy waste.
Mid-seasons
Smooth transitions using AUTO or ECONOMY modes, ideal for balancing comfort and efficiency when thermal loads vary quickly.
Smart supervision to reduce waste and consumption
Automatic energy optimisation
COMFORT/ECONOMY modes and time scheduling reduce unnecessary start-ups and energy usage.
Centralised management
One device coordinates multiple fan-coils, preventing inconsistent manual adjustments between rooms.
BMS integration
BACnet enables the building supervisor to centrally manage temperatures, modes and schedules while minimising losses and inefficiencies.
